1.0 out of 5 stars Very BAD Quality. Product received did NOT match the specification displayed on Amazon portal.

1. The quality of product is extremely BAD.2. The product actually promised and the one that is delivered is totally different and does NOT match the specification given on purchase amazon portal.3. Even the cloth with the bag I manufactured got torn off within less than SIXTY days after the purchase.Overall BAD Consumer Experience. Will NEVER buy this lower class product again.

I had high hopes for this backpack, but the straps started fraying within a week, the zippers jam more than a broken vending machine, and the fabric is so thin I’m convinced a strong breeze could tear it apart. Save your money and invest in something that doesn’t crumble under the weight of reality (or, in this case, a few books and a water bottle).
